Anxiety can very convincingly tell you to avoid taking risks in your career and in your relationships. It can also cause you to do things you feel guilty about later. Sometimes anxiety is making a valid point, but often it cause you to avoid bettering yourself and improving your relationships with friends, family and partners.

I help my clients recognize what anxiety feels like in the moment and how to create space from that feeling. Therapy is the process of understanding how your mind works and training new ways to respond to the same feelings.
